Philippians 1:1-11

Wow, Fr. Dave really does not like Banana Ball.

If you aren’t sure about what that is, I would say it is like baseball, but actually fun. Anyway, you can hear us argue about it at the beginning of the podcast. I’m just so excited for other sports to begin.

In this episode, Fr. Dave also shares about filming his new video series about God, the Father. He went back home, which was a bit emotional for him. I’m always grateful that he is so open with his feelings on the podcast.

At the end of this episode we start to unpack St. Paul’s letter to the Philippians. I’m really excited to get to dive into this over the next few weeks. As a bonus, the show concludes with a song I wrote way back when (2002) about one of its opening verses, “I am confident of this, that the one who began a good work in you will continue to complete it until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:6).
