Speaking

St. Paul wrote, “For ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ But how can they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach?” (Romans 10:13-14).

For over two decades, I’ve been honored to travel the United States and the world proclaiming the word of God to people of all ages. Most of my ministry has been either to youth and young adults or to those who work with them. I also get to do a handful of parish missions each year (my teaching schedule restricts me to our academic breaks) and also some men’s conferences.

With a PhD in Theology, an MA in Catechesis, a decade of parish youth ministry experience and over fifteen years of teaching courses in Scripture, Church History, Youth Ministry, and Music Ministry, there are a broad range of topics I can cover. An evangelist at heart, I am most passionate about proclaiming the Gospel Message and teaching others to do the same. I usually find a way to weave that into whatever topic I’m talking about!

I know that some speakers provide a “list” of topics they speak on. I have found it is better to talk to someone who wants me to come to their parish and discern together what is the best message for that audience. If you are interested in having me come to your parish or event, please go to the CONTACT page and I’ll reply shortly.

Here are a few examples of me speaking to groups. Just imagine me with a grey beard 🙂
